Control High Blood Pressure Without Medicines

High blood pressure is one of the most common health issues throughout the globe. Getting rid of it permanently is a bit hard. Even if you know the reason or factors that caused this disease, there is not much you can do. In a few cases, you can easily get rid of it permanently. Nevertheless you shouldn't lose hope at any stage and you must keep on fighting.

Here are a few best ways to control high blood pressure without medicines. However if you are already taking medicines, it is strongly recommended not to stop taking them right away.

1- Maintain a proper diary, take your blood pressure daily and note it down onto your diary. Maintain proper record on daily basis. This will help you in later stages.

2- We all know to stop using salt and sodium. There is no room for slat and sodium in your life. You can occasionally use them but it is not recommended at all to use them on daily basis. Do not use canned fruits and vegetables because all canned foods carry sodium. Besides, avoid eating outside because it is practically not possible to order something free of salt in a restaurant. Instead eat at home and make sure that whoever cooks for you doesn't use salt and/or sodium in your meals.

3- If you are overweight, you need to lose weight if you want to get rid of high blood pressure. As soon as you will start losing weight, you will notice a major decline in blood pressure ratings. This is because all those blocked blood arteries will reopen and thus blood will flow easily inside arteries. How you can get rid of weight? There are many ways to do that but the best one is to start doing exercise on regular basis. Join a gym and stick to highly intensive workouts because your main purpose is to burn calories, and they will burn if you will do intensive workouts.

4- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, wine etc. These are not good for your health at all. Besides, you need to say goodbye to carbonated drinks because all such drinks are not goof for these patients.

5- Stay away from stress as much as you can. This is very hard but practically it is possible to avoid stress. The best way is to keep yourself busy. "An empty brain is a devil's workshop" is rightly said because when you are free and have nothing to do, you will find a way to stress yourself.
